Flight & Service Related
We partner with multiple data providers to offer the most comprehensive flight coverage. However, not all airlines share their data. You can use the Manual Flight Log feature to add any missing flights. We are continuously working to improve coverage.
Wayflight is designed for personal use to track your own flights. The service should not be used to abuse the system or for commercial purposes. We enforce rate limits and usage restrictions to prevent system abuse and ensure fair usage for all users. If you need to track flights for commercial purposes, please contact our support team for enterprise solutions.
Security & Privacy
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We use services that implement the highest standards of security, including SOC 2 compliance and GDPR requirements. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
We collect and process certain data to improve your experience, including usage data and analytics information. Your flight logs and personal information are protected and we do not sell your personal information to third parties. We track events anonymously and only use your user ID and email to prevent abuse and ensure account security. You can access your flight history and logs through the app.
You can delete your account and all associated data directly through the app. Go to Account Settings and choose either 'Delete All Flights' to remove your flight history, or 'Delete Account Data' to completely remove your account and all associated data. This process is immediate and cannot be undone.
Premium Features & Subscription
Wayflight Premium includes real-time flight updates, unlimited flight tracking, advanced flight search, Wayflight Passport for logging flights, AI assistance, and priority support. Premium users can track unlimited flights (subject to fair use policy), access detailed flight information, and use features like airport route search and timetable breakdown.
We use industry-grade data providers, the same ones used by major airlines, to provide you with reliable, real-time global coverage and comprehensive flight data. We strive to offer this premium service at a competitive price, so you can log and track all of your flights in one place.
Wayflight Premium is available in two tiers: Premium Silver at $19.99 USD per year and Premium Gold at $34.99 USD per year. We're planning to introduce monthly and weekly subscription options soon. Pricing may vary by region due to local taxes and currency differences.
If you don't renew your Premium subscription, you'll lose access to Premium features after your current billing period ends. You'll still be able to use the basic features of Wayflight, but Premium features like unlimited flight tracking and AI assistance will no longer be available.
Refunds are handled through your device's app store platform (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly. Please contact the appropriate app store for refund requests.
Account & Support
You can cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). For Android users, go to Google Play Store > Account > Subscriptions. For iOS users, go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Yes, you can use Wayflight on multiple devices by signing in with your account. However, your Premium subscription is tied to your app store account and must comply with the respective platform's terms of service.
